In this role, you will be responsible for communicating insights and monthly results to senior decision makers across the organization as a business partner and trusted advisor. You will be able to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement for sales strategy while working with talented cross:functional teams and impacting the financial performance of the organization. Responsibilities include but not limited to:-Establish, track and report on scorecard measurement metrics. Develop processes for identifying and monitoring key business measurements-Provide accurate reporting on sales quota attainment, trending, forecast, and opportunities for various stakeholders and business partners-Communication of analyses, recommendations and identified business issues to all levels, both via presentations and other written communication-Generate analyses and reports from external and internal data sources, creating actionable insights and ensuring that internal stakeholders have the information necessary to make timely business, marketing and product decisions-Understand sales challenges and client concerns -Help to ensure rigorous quality control over data, analyses, organizational clarity and alignment for key business metrics-Maintain solid working knowledge of business and strategic planning concepts, analytical methodologies, and industry best practices-Ad:hoc analysis necessary to support the business, such as leadership requests or strategic planning sessionsQualification:-BA/BS from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree preferred-A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis role, preferably in an online advertising or technology environment including one year supporting a Sales team-Experience with analyzing large, complex, multi:dimensional data sets-Strong problem solving, analytical and data management skills -Exceptional decision:making and critical thinking ability to develop unique methods of analysis where traditional methods do not yield results-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously -Proven relationship building skills to collaborate and disseminate information across multiple organizational functions -With clarity and persuasiveness, be Skills: ?
