Watch ? Leasing in Belarus corrected under new economic conditions. This year the Belarusian leasing operators will have to take into account the rules of Common Economic Space. Several legislative amendments will be passed. Belarus is already guided by the Customs Code of the Customs Union and in the past the leasing activity was regulated by the Customs Code of Belarus. (Alexander Tsybulko, the Chair of the Association of Lessors of Belarus) Under new laws the National Bank will assume the regulation of many financial issues including leasing activity.
